Google Chrome Won't Install on Windows Tablet

Just tried to install Google Chrome on my Tibuta MasterPad W100 Windows tablet computer. But the installer says:

The installer failed to uncompress archive. Please download Google Chrome again.

I tried it several times and kept getting the same error message. I looked on Google's Fix problems installing Chrome support page, but none of the symptoms seem to match mine.

Anyone know anything about this issue?
