Are Kerui W18/G18 systems susceptible to jamming and other attacks?Hi All I need to purchase a wireless alarm system for use in South Africa. Wireless radio device jamming is well used in South Africa and the device I require should at least cater for jamming attacks, replay attacks and other less sophisticated attacks. Does anyone know whether the W18, G18 or any other Kerui product (or a competitor within the same price range) have security defense mechanisms that cater for such attacks? Thank you so much for you help. Mike Mike You make a good point. I never thought of using jamming devices to disable wireless security systems. My guess is that the KERUI wireless sensors are susceptible to these attacks. As far as I can tell, if the sensor run out of battery, KERUI doesn't report it. Maybe there is a setting for that, but the sensor out of battery--thereby disconnects--is so far silent. For your situation, you'll have to get a security system that uses wired sensors. Don Thank you Don. From my further research it does not seem that many security devices cater for jamming or replays.
