KERUI G18 SMS Problem and Questions

Ok I have a 2-in-1 question, I bought the G18, but now and then it doesnt send out sms to all the listed numbers (I have 4 numbers programmed). Sometimes it only sends to 1 or 2 numbers......
Secondly, what are the CID number and MCS numbers? Im struggling to understand that part. Any help will be appreciated!

Sorry another question ...... is there a way to let it change the status sms content? I want it to tell me onlybof its armed or not, and AC power status. Would be nice if it could sms me if the power goes off too??
