KERUI W2 Modes

I found the official Chinese website for KERUI W2, I translate all the different modes for you here

Normal : Just like any alarm, you trigger any sensor, siren goes off, simple
Stay : Same as what you said, if you set a zone type to stay, it won't trigger an alarm in this mode, just a chime, else it will trigger the siren
Intelligent : You trigger any sensor, it won't trigger the siren, but if you set off the any other sensor within 30 seconds of the first one, then the siren will go off
Welcome : If it's disarm, triggering a sensor will cause the main unit to say welcome, if it's armed, then siren goes off
Door : If it's disarm, if you set off any sensor with door type, it will give a ding dong sound, if it's armed, then it will go off
Senior : If you set a zone type as senior, then armed or not, you trigger a sensor, it will show senior help on the main unit and dial the pre defined number
