How to Junk a Car Without Wheels

I crashed my old junker into the back of a van a few days ago. There was no damage to the van in front of me, but the front end of my 1995 Honda Civic is pretty much destroyed. It's not worth fixing, so I want to junk it. But I just put brand new tires on it. And the wheels are a nice set of Kosei lightweight racing wheels. I want to take the wheels and tires off and either keep them or sell them separately. What's the best way to junk this car?
