Battlefield 3 Won't LoadLast night, a friend wanted to play BF3 co-op. So we logged onto Origin, started BF3's web launch, join the same group, and started the game. Then we just sat there, and sat there, and sat there. I was sitting at the full-screen BF3 loading game that said waiting for other player. The game never loaded. We tried two more time with the same result. Finally, my friend asked me what does my screen look like. So I said it says waiting for other player. "What does your screen look like?" I asked. He replied, "I'm still at the browser." Ok. Here is a problem that never occurred to me. When you launch BF3 from the web launch in your browser, it launches minimized on the Windows task bar. You have to manually click on the minimized icon. I do it automatically as a second nature, because my muscle memory has been trained on this BF3 bug. My friend, on the other hand, didn't realized that until you bring BF3 into the foreground, it won't actually load the game. So here is the lesson and the work-around for this BF3 bug. Once you see BF3 icon on the task bar, after starting the game, click on it to bring it into foreground. Fido
