Does Razer Naga have built-in memory?

Does Razer Naga save your setting in the mouse? Can I program it with Synapse 2.0 on one computer and use it on another computer? I don't want to install the Synapse on the other computer, but I would like to play League of Legends on it with my pre-made macros. Will it work?

It has 64-KB of onboard memory, based on this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Razer_USA
