Hellgate: London - Dead-End Bug

Sometimes, when you get too close to a dead-end in an area, you end up (like a teleport) back the the beginning of the dungeon. That seems to happen a lot in the classic train wreck in the tunnel dead-end. I found this bug in both the single-player and the multiplayer game while trying to squeeze between the train and the tunnel walls. And the bug is replicable. The only way to avoid this bug is to avoid getting too close to the dead-ends.
