Minecraft Problem Moving with Error Code 5

I launched Minecraft today and it proceeded to update itself. But then it provided the following error:

"Problem moving C:/Program File (x86)/Minecraft/tmp/tmpLauncher.tmp to MinecraftLauncher.exe with error code 5"

I tried it numerous time and it continues to fail. Have no clue what error code 5 means. The only way I was about to get around it was to download Minecraft again, remove the installation, and reinstall it.
