Must Run Mass Effect as Administrator the First Time on Windows 7

Was talking with my co-worker today about Mass Effect crashing on his computer as soon as he ran it. Something about an exception. He spent two days trying to get Mass Effect to work on his new Windows 7 computer. It turned out he had to right-click on the icon to "Run as Administrator" the first time, even though his account is already an administrator account. Kind of strange if you ask me.
