NWN 2 - ERROR_DX_INSTALL on Windows 7

Last night, I installed Neverwinter Nights 2 on Windows 7. But I got the "String ERROR_DX_INSTALL was not found in string table." It looks like it is generated when the game tried to install DirectX. But fortunately, when I tried the game, it loaded up fine. I upgraded the game to the latest version, it still worked.

So if you get this message on Windows 7, do not be alarmed. Chances are, it will work for you as well.

I have same problem, but only my game crashes after 5-15 min. Any ideas why?
