VirtualBox Ubuntu 13.04 - Changing Screen ReolutionAfter installing Ubuntu 13.04 in VirtualBox, it booted to a standard VGA resolution. And there was no way to change it to the native resolution of my Asus G46VW laptop, which was 1366x768 in full-screen mode. The trick is to install VirtualBox Guest Additions. You can do that by pulling down the VirtualBox Mini Toolbar. It defaults to the bottom of the full-screen display. You can change the settings to make it show up on the top of your screen. Under the "Devices" menu, select "Install Guest Additions..." Once you have Guest Additions, shut down your virtual machine. Then boot it up again. You should have booted into the native resolution in full screen mode. Jake It's kinda annoying that every once in a while, the Linux virtual machine would default back to standard VGA resolution. This usually happens after a system update. The trick is to install guest addition again and reboot. Jake
