My very old notebook is a P3 Compaq Evo N400c with four sony 18650GR cells battery, it is death !
I Found 18650 batteries (ultrafire, trustfire, uniquefire) on web but with integrated PCB protection and without integrated PCB protection, what is correct to rebuild my battery pack, with or without PCB protection ?
Anybody can help me ?

Do you have photos of the two different types of batteries? Or links to them?

If the integrated PCB protection is just an external board, then you can cut it off and use the batteries by themselves.
