Plumbing Tip: Low Water Pressure at the Faucet

If the water pressure is low at the sink focet, the most likely cause is that dirt deposits are caught in the faucet filter. The faucet filter is installed at the end of the faucet neck. You can easily unscrew it using a vise grip. After unscrewing the end of the faucet, remove the filter and clean it out. From what I seen it's usually these white calcium like deposits that clogs the faucet. After cleaning these dirt out, put the filter back and screw it back in. Your water flow should be back to normal.

Now here is the next question . . . What if you clean it out and the cold water flows great, but the hot water pressure is still low?
