KERUI W18 Window Sensor Can't Rearm without Being Added Again

Hello,
Great article! I have the w18 system and the window triggers always have issue. The setup it's ok but if a windows sensor trigger, then (after disarming) i cannot re-arming because it always says the panel ߵzone xx is open'' even if it isnt! I must remove the zone and re-add it in order to solve it..

Any suggestion?
