Wayne Dalton idrive Moves Only One Foot

My door will open about 1 foot then close. I replaced the board and it still does the same thing. What could be the problem?

Maybe the door became imbalanced. Or there might be an obstruction due to the shift in tracks. You can try re-profiling first and see if that solves the problem.

You didn't mention whether you've disconnected the idrive from the garage door before pumping into this problem, but I had this experience last night. I've detailed the problem and solution in this article: Wayne Dalton idrive Troubleshooting Tip #2 - Check the Motor Guide Position
