garage door slams down with idrive for Torsion Spring

I had a Idrive Torsion Spring and every time it closed it slam the door down to the floor very hard. I can feel the garage floor shook. Does any one know how to slow it down or decrease the force when it drive the door down?

Is it an insulated garage door?

Is the garage door balanced? Detach the garage door opener. Open the garage door half way, does it stay there? Try it at 1/4 way and 3/4 way. A balance door will stay in place at each of these positions and should not slam to the floor.

If it is balanced, try reprofiling the door with the idrive.
