idrive: door closes but automatically opens

My door closes and then automatically comes back up. What do you think my problem is.

I am having the exact same problem. Just started. And it is on the side that is most rarely used... Any help is appreciated.

Did you try profiling the door again? Usually, you have to profile it every few years due to physical changes... such as wood expansion, spring tension, etc.
