idrive circuit board replacement

My I-drive just failed, I broke a spring and after the replacement, nothing but beeps. My model does not have a fuse in the upper left corner. I spoke with customer service, and they think it is a faulty circuit board, and are sending a new one. Has anyone replaced the circuit board on their I Drive?

I've done it before. It was a piece of cake. They will provide easy to follow instructions with the replacement circuit board.
