"Local Settings" directory is hidden!

I was trying to extract some drivers using the InstallShield trick that I wrote about before. Except today, I couldn't find the "Local Settings" directory in my "C:\Documents and Settings\[username]" directory. It's not listed in my directory content. Luckily for me, I know one of the file is called "User_Guide.pdf", so I did a search with "dir /s User_Guide.pdf". Shockingly, it showed the file being in "C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp\1\WZSE0.TMP".

So I went back into my directory and typed 'cd "Local Settings"'. Sure enough, I'm in the "Local Settings" directory.
