Computer No Longer Recognizes Seagate Expansion External Drive

HI,

I bought the 1TB Seagate external expansion hardrive abouth a month ago. It was great at first and i backed up my files. However, a month later, I wanted to add some more to them including my music.

However, my computer (the one i use it first on), or any computer doesn't recognize it at all, not even in device manager. I've tried all the torubleshooters but I can't get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.
A

Does the drive still spin when you plug it in and turn it on? Or is it just clicking away?
