If I do not give the link to the good file, and a bugged pre-version, you won't be very pleased.

The update archive is also joined here.
Enjoy ;)

Did you manage to make it work ?
Do you have any particular comment ? Did you find some bugs ? Do you want to suggest some improvements ?

Best regards

I have been really busy because this is Thanksgiving week in the states. I an hoping to give it a try tonight. By the way, I will move the talk about your software to a new thread--it deserves its own.

Thanksgiving !
How coul I have forgotten that !
When I was student in Florida Tech in 1992 or 1993, I remember I have been invited for thanksgiving in order to share the turkey ;)
I remember well, there was football competition on TV : Miami Dolphins won nobody knows how XD

Happy thanksgiving then !

Is it possible for you to remove the steekr links ? it may confuse your visitors about where to go for downloading the software

I've removed the links per your request. Thanks for the updates. I'll be sure to post bugs and features requests on the project page.

Hello friends,

Just to say that you can expect an update on Wednesday (or thursday or your local time).

You can check the tracker on the project web site in order to see what will be new, and wich bugs are corrected in this new release.

Stay tuned :)

That's great to hear Wilfrid. Don't lose heart if you don't hear back from me before the new year. We are having our second newborn in two weeks, so all focus is on that. Looking forward to really put your software through the test after the new years. Keep up the good work.

Happy for you ! Those are great moments that nobody in the world should miss (I have three kids :) )
We have a very nice song for this kind of moment in France : "On vous souhaites tout le bonheur du monde..."
Video clip : . . .
Translated lyrics in the attached file :)

By the way, thank you for the all the time you spent on testing, I really appreciate.
You'll be rewarded with a nice Nostromo working fully on Vista : the roof in "Left 4 dead" will just be like a peace of cake for you soon ^^

Merry X-mas and Happy New year to your readers (I am sure that they will test and give their feedback before you do ;) )and mainly to you,Chieh, take care.

All bugs corrected (2), new features or improvements added (6) (check the trackers for details), the new release should be for tomorrow !

Wed, 10 Dec 2008 02:55:55 +0000

Due to technical problems (changing modem, computer unavailable for a few days on axccount of a faulty memory stick), please expect release of :
- Source code : tomorrow
- French and English manuals within a few days.
(Little help is provided in the Readme file and the changelog.txt file,
you can also refer to help files provided with v1.0.0.0)

But anyway, v1.1.0.0 is here and can be downloaded

Please, have a look to the Changelog attached :)

Enjoy !

Excellent! Looking forward to it, even though I don't have time to use it right now. By the way, the profile will move from one version to another without problems, right?

No problem : profiles of v1.0.0.0 will work with new version v1.1.0.0 (the inverse is not true !) :)

Hi Wilfrid,

I have a little bit of time, so I started playing with your NOVA Suite again. There are a few suggestions that I meant to post on your project forum. But I found that it requires log-in. And I'm a bit too lazy to manage, yet, another user account; no offense.

So I created a forum on my web site specifically for your Nostromo n50 on Vista project. I will post my suggestions there. And in the future, I will share my macro lists and profile lists there as well. The forum is located here: NOVA Suite

Great !
It seems tht almost meet what you have been awaited for such a long time, he ? :)
Cool !

Mouse button mapping are in the stack for a next release :)

I take the time to look at everything you post ^^

By the way, sourceforge is not always very friendly.

After the help file release, I am thinking about changing my "website" zone with a comfortable CMS (like guppy).

It will be more convenient for people who wish to comment without registering sourceforge.
But I have to take care about some security issues like flood...

Sun, 14 Dec 2008 03:07:13 +0000

That would be nice if we didn't have to register. If "flood" means "spam", then you might consider looking at banning IP's: Fight Comment Spam, Ban IP's

Yes it is about spam that I feel concerned. THank you for your link.

Mon, 15 Dec 2008 08:50:32 +0000

I'm back . . . Kind of.

You might find it strange that this thread is different. It got long and hairy with mixed topics on your awesome NOVA Suite. So I started sorting out the topics into different threads in the NOVA Suite forum.

I will clean up this thread some more later, so that you can use it purely for announcing new versions of your software.

Yah. The baby and mommy are fine. Just so tiring waking up every two hours to feed the little one. ;-)
