DAWN OF WAR 2 - modding with campaig.lua

hello all
sorry if this is not a real hack...but I need osme help and could not find elsewhere

I'm playing an original steam version of DoW2 & DoW2 Chaos Rising. Currently I've modified some of the parameters in the campaign.lua and put it in GAMEASSETS\DATA\CAMPAIGN

it works but partially.

that is because is the old version of campaign.lua as i discovered later.
I need to modify/use the campaign.lua taken from GameDefault_DELTA.sga and not from GameDefault.sga.

my real problem is: how do I load the proper modified campaing.lua ?
putting it in GAMEASSETS\DATA\CAMPAIGN doesn't work

I haven't tried this, but where did you get GameDefault_DELTA.sga? If you modify that, then you should put that back where you got it. You'll also need to run your game in developer mode: Dawn of War II: Developer Console

hello.
To be honest I have some doubts: either it comes from a Patch or from Chaos rising

The probs is that the DOW2.exe loads GameDefault_DELTA.sga and not GameDefault.sga so I don't know where to put the modified campaign.lua in order to make it load properly

do you think that creating a new module could help ? never tried to do it before but it�s my last resort

p.s.
there are more _delta file my GAMEASSETS\ARCHIVES folder more or less one for each of the original SGA files
