Enabling Remote Desktop Server on Windows 10 Home?

There is a trick to enable Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) on Windows 7 Home Premium. However, now that I upgraded the computer to Windows 10 Home, the Remote Desktop Connection server is disabled again. Is there a method to enable RDC on Windows 10 Home?

Found a solution. Use RDPWrap. Install it with "Run as administrator". Then run "update.bat" with "Run as administrator". Then you are good to go.

Added software but keep getting access denied when doing RDP check. Any help appreciated.

Just installed the RDPWrap 1.6.2 on my Windows 10 tablet. But when I launched RDP Wrapper Configuration, it shows that the "Listener state" is "Not listening". And it shows "[not supported]" next to it. Why does it do that? I am attaching a screen shot.
