Nvidia Shield Side-Loaded App Doesn't Show Up on Main Page

I just got a Nvidia Shield for my TV. It works great. I side-loaded many apps, because they don't show up on the Google Play store on the Nvidia Shield. But when I did, they don't show up on the home screen.

I can see the apps in the "Settings". And I can launch them from the settings. Anyone know why that is the case?
