Getting Data Out of ATP miniSD Card for Nokia 6126

hi friends,
I've a different problem. I've ATP mini SD card 4 my Nokia 6126. I stored few pics n music files on it. One day I tried to remove old ones to new files. When I inserted in my PC's slot & right clicked my computer icon it says there is no disk in drive. when I put it in adapter, same problm. I tried in my canon SD 750, it says card is locked. I tried to do same by locking and unlocking the lock slide but in vain.
I trid to format it using my fone, it was formatted. Card is working fine in fone, storing files again, but not able to add more files by attaching to the PC. PLZ HELP ME YAAAAAAAAAAAAAR.
I'm too much freaked by this incident, it is 10x15mm tiny card. attch me a mail too plz @ satindermeet@in.com
