Review of the Android 2.2 Upgrade on Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept

- All operations seems much faster and crispier.
- Seems that the upgrade installed plain Android 2.2.2 without all the Samsung theme. (Maybe that is where the speed increase comes in.)
- Boring standard gray title bar. No more pretty electric blue title bar.
- No more quick access buttons to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. in the pull-down.
- Instead of showing "EV", it now shows "3G" in the notification bar.
- Unlock slides from left to right, then phone vibrates when unlocked.
- In locked mode, phone can be silenced by sliding from right to left.
- There are now five desktop panes instead of three.
- Next to the apps button are the phone and browser buttons.
- No change to the installed apps and their data.
- Call logs are erased.
