Netgear Arlo Review: Base Station

Can this work with 220v or should it need a voltage converter? Thank you.

Pic below shows the 120v AC adapter that came with mine. So you will need a converter.

Does the base station produce higher than normal wifi frequencies, in other words high RF ratings compared to a wireless router ?
