Garage Door Does Not Close When Profiling the Idrive Torsion

Hello; great forum. I have very low head room in my garage so I bought an Idrive Torsion. It was relatively easy to install, seeing that the video and manual was very easy to read. So it became time to run the "install standard upper" limit" routine (step #32 on the instructions) using the "profile button". Once I pressed the button for 5 seconds as the manual describes, The door moved up without an issue until it reached the top. The Motor seemed to continue to pull the door even though it was all the way up. The unit then beeped the "3-4 times" and shut down. (The manual says that if door is more than 45 lbs heavy, the operator will sense this and shut down power to the motor, I'm assuming this is why this happened.) After trying this a few times (around 8) I thought it was the because the garage door was not aligned properly. This is not the case as the door moves up and down with limited force. I then tried to do the "Install Custom Upper Limit" Routine. (Step #33 in the instructions) Once again the door moved up with out an issue and when I got to the desired height I hit the "Up/Down" button. The door did stop but NEVER closed. I even tried to perform the same function about 3/4 of the way up and the door still NEVER closed.

Any suggestions from you all? Thanks in advance;

scott
