idrive opens garage door but won't close

Can someone help me troubleshoot my iDrive? It will open but will not close. The motor strains when trying to close as if there were an obstruction. When I release the door to close manually, if moves freely..even with using just 2 fingers. The door seems in balance. I do not notice anything bent or out of alignment. What could it be? Has anyone had luck with customer service? Do you have any contact names with direct contact number?
