Windows 10 Runs Decently Fast on Outdated NetbookA few hours ago, I reported that Microsoft Windows 10 Runs Quite Fast on Older Hardware. In that article, I mentioned I was pleasantly surprised that Windows 10 runs quite speedily on a dual-core mobile processor. That made me want to try Windows 10 on a netbook. I have several of those that I still use regularly. One of which is a MSi Wind U100 with the very original 32-bit Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz CPU. This netbook also has 2 GB of RAM installed. Windows 7 Ultimate was installed on it before. I upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro tonight. And now I'm reporting back that it works. I am writing this post on it currently. Responsiveness is not too bad. It doesn't seem any slower than the Windows 7 Ultimate that was installed on here before. The netbook is definitely usable, though a little slow for today's standards.
